Immer wieder schön in l'Escala
Le petit Havre ist das beste aber auch das teuerste Haus in l'Escala, das wir bisher bewohnten. Sauber und gepflegt. Sehr grosser Aussenbereich und toller Pool. Einzig die angegebene Lage stimmte nicht überein, das Haus liegt ca. einen Kilometer weiter weg praktisch am Rande der Siedlung. Ansonsten alles top

Très belle maison, agréable jardin très bien entretenu, arboré et
Maison bien agencé même si pas besoin du salon. La terrasse est très grande et très agréable. Belle salle de bain et chambres spacieuse.
Petit bémols : la piscine est très froide et nous n’en avons pas profitée. Au soleil 3 heures le matin puis à l’ombre des sapins donc elle ne chauffe pas. Quel domaine…

Cette villa porte bien son nom "petit havre".
Villa absolument parfaite, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur (un charme fou). Chacun peut trouver son petit coin de paradis à l'ombre ou au soleil et cela est très agréable. Le quartier est très calme. Seul le cri des goélands "troublera" votre sérénité, mais quel bonheur de les entendre ... Nous recommandons vivement (+/- 15 minutes à pied des commerces, restaurants, plage et Lunapark).
