Beautiful vacation home in l'Escala, just 150 meters from Riells beach. It is a very quiet area since it is located in a passage where cars do not circulate. However, it has the promenade with shops, restaurants and businesses less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. A true marvel for those seeking tranquility in their vacations without losing proximity to the beach or the most active areas of l'Escala.



At the front of the house, we find a terrace with a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors at any time during the summer. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and has an awning to protect from the sun. The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, we find the living room-dining room, the kitchen, a toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed. From the dining room, we go up to the first floor where we find a bathroom with a shower, a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with a double bed that has access to a small balcony.



The house has all the amenities so that your vacation is perfect: washing machine, dishwasher, television, etc.

La maison est très agréable, la terrasse est parfaite pour les repas et la ruelle est très calme. Elle est idéalement située près de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. On peut se garer facilement dans les rues proches. On a passé une excellente semaine à 6 adultes.
