The house offers on one level a living room with satellite TV system. The living room seating area consists of a coffee table and a sofa. From the large living room windows you have a view to the sea. A round dining table with 6 chairs is specially placed. A built-in bar separates the living / dining room from the open kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including freezer, gas stove with oven and extractor fan, coffee maker and toaster. Glasses, crockery and cutlery is available for 6 people. Pots and pans are sufficient.

A double room with double bed and one twin. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables and bedside lamps. A shower room with toilet.

The washing machine is installed in an externally accessible chamber.

An outside staircase you can access the roof terrace, which extends over the entire house. From there you have a wonderful view to the sea and a part of the coastal strip.

Unas vacaciones de diez

Estábamos una familia de 4 personas y nuestro perro lo hemos pasado genial. La casa estaba muy bonita , tenía de todo y la piscina una maravilla, la zona muy tranquila con unas vistas preciosas. El administrador muy amable y pendiente de todo. Nosotros estamos muy agradecidos con la hospitalidad con la que nos han tratado. Seguramente repetimos y la recomendamos mucho.

Such a lovely and peaceful place

Very good size of property - ideal for what we wanted Location may be a little remote for a few people but if you’re looking for loads of space, handy for road links throughout the region and a very pleasant on-site person ( Carmen) then this will be a place for you

Una casa y un entorno maravillosos. Una cala "privada" a 2 minutos andando desde la casa y una piscina muy grande compartida con las demás residencias del complejo, pero muy espaciosa y más que suficiente.Las fotografías no dejan ver lo bien cuidada que está la casa y la zona compartida. Además, no quiero olvidar la gran atención recibida por el Gerente, Marcel, quién nos hizo sentir como en nuestra casa.Todo un acierto.

Estancia tranquila en familia

La estancia ha sido agradable en un espacio tranquilo y relajante, con playa, piscina, vistas al mar y un entorno bonito y arbolado. La casa disponia de todo lo necesario. A tener en cuenta que se trata de un espacio comunitario animal friendly (perros y gatos), es imprescindible aceptar esta condición para poder disfrutar la estancia.

Belle situation pres de la mer

Proprietaire absent, il n'avait pas prévenu la gérante sur place que nous avions réservé et que nous arrivions (alors que nous avions réservé et payé 3 mois à l'avance). Il a meme fallu prouver que nous avions bien payé la réservation. Accueil pas terrible du tout, il s'en est fallu de peu que l'on nous dise de faire demi-tour. Heureusement que la gérante (Carmen) était là. Par ailleurs, maison située à proximité de l'autoroute, on entend les voitures jour et nuit. Sinon maison spacieuse avec une agréable terrasse, il y a la climatisation dans le salon, très bien située par rapport aux plages (possibilité d'aller se baigner à pieds). Première ville à 15 minutes en voiture. Piscine en commun pour les maisons du lotissement, ainsi que balançoires, trampoline. Machine à laver en commun dans un local derrière la maison.

Wir waren als Familie mit Hund in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist eine Ferienanlage. An sich ist es schön und gemütlich. Gut um Wandern zu gehen. Carmen ist eine tolle und nette Frau. Die Anlage selber bräuchte etwas mehr Pflege. Der Pool war leider nicht sauber und es gab auch nach Anfrage kein Netz damit man ihn etwas sauber machen kann. In der Unterkunft selbst waren wir von der Sauberkeit enttäuscht.Spinnenweben und Staub auf den Möbeln. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Was wir ganz toll fanden das man dem Hund mitbringen kann. Schade das aber der anlagenbereich nicht sauber ist alles voll mit Kot der schon alt war. Während unseren Aufenthalt gab es keinen Besitzer der den Hund drinnen koten ließ. Ansonsten war es sehr schön.

Mooie villa aan de kust

Mooie villa op een prive terrein, gedeeld met andere vakantiegangers. Toen wij er waren waren er net jonge katjes geboren dus dat was een grote hit bij de kinderen. Bij mooi weer: dakterras bovenop de villa, zwembad, genoeg bbq plekken. Er zijn wel wat strandjes aan de kust in de buurt, maar om echt te zwemmen in zee kan je beter in de auto stappen naar een ander strand.

Fast alles gut.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienanlage „ gewesen „!!! Ich vermute durch die letzte Ereignisse- ziemlich heruntergekommen. Der Kinderspielplatz ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Casa Wintergarten ist sehr schön, innen wie aussen. Der Ausblick aus dem Küchenfenster - traumhaft. Schwimmbad war sauber und groß genug für uns. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnbereich, nicht in Schlafzimmern, aber es war in Ordnung. Die Komunikation mit Carmen, mit Hilfe von Google Übersetzer - problemlos. Die Strände Waren noch nicht gesäubert aber ich glaube das lag an der Coronasituation. Alles in allem - es war sehr schön, und wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Weil dass was nicht in Ordnung war - kann man ziemlich schnell wieder in Ordnung bringen. Wahrscheinlich hat es sich noch nicht gelohnt. Es waren bis jetzt kaum Touristen da.

Estupendo! - Descanso Total

El sitio es ideal para desconectar en familia, con niños. Estos tienen su espacio , su lugar de recreo , mientras que los adultos pueden descansar y desconectar con la tranquilidad de que están en un sitio cerrado. La casa es muy cómoda para una familia de 4. Tiene lo indispensable para pasar unos días. Carme es encantadora, siempre dispuesta a aconsejarte y brindarte su soporte. Muchas gracias Carme por todo!! Très belles vacances

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette propriété. La maison est très sympa et conforme à la présentation qui est faite sur le site Abritel. Carmen est très accueillante et le propriétaire nous a envoyé de très nombreux renseignements avant notre arrivée. Le toit-terrasse est absolument remarquable. Les enfants ont pu profiter des jeux de la propriété et nous avons apprécié la piscine et la proximité de la mer. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
