Amazing hotel! It was a great place to stay for my recent trip. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, very spacious and a good-sized bathroom. Very clean, new and and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk who were always willing to assist with any questions. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you!

The staff went above and beyond for me!! I left my airpods in a taxi the night before I was about to leave. I needed help communicating with the company, so I asked the front desk. I went to them at 9am for help and they had arranged for my airpods to be brought back and hand delivered them to my room within an hour. The lounge food could’ve been better, but the free drinks were lovely. Public bath was very hot!! The tran station was literally across the street which was convenient. Lastly, I love the open layout of the room. There was a separated toilet and you are able to close off the bathroom area for privacy when taking a shower. Would definitely stay here again.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this beautiful property. By far our favorite hotel when we stayed in Japan. It is clean, staff is SO nice, and the hotel itself is gorgeous. Rooms are super spacious and there is a Lawson and 7/11 right outside. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be staying again!

We loved this hotel! Everything is easy to walk to and there are train stations near by. By staying here we were able to experience some of the quieter, local places to eat which were delicious. The rooms were nice although could have been made bigger by removing a chair or 2 that was in the room. We would definitely stay here again

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Lovely staff throughout the hotel. We stayed in a room with ‘no view’ but it had plenty of natural daylight and a window that opened. The room was a really good size, comfortable and very clean.The shower was spacious and modern. The hotel is close to the subway and within walking distance of many of the sights. Complimentary afternoon tea and evening drinks were a really nice touch. We are really glad we chose to stay here.
