The experience was outstanding and our room and the service was impeccable! The staff were extremely hospitable and very helpful throughout our stay. The sushi dinner was also incredible and the hotel bar was very cosy for a post dinner tipple! We will definitely be coming again when we next visit Kyoto!!

The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful however this would be a property I would choose for work and not for vacation. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station with limited offerings for food and experiences.

Peaceful retreat with great staff! The concierge was extremely helpful in getting me some unexpected assistance with health issues. She went above and beyond! Would definitely come back here.
