An Exceptional Stay at Dusit Thani Kyoto Our stay at the Dusit Thani Kyoto was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service and attention were outstanding, making us feel welcomed and comfortable at all times. The entire team was warm, professional, and consistently attentive, creating a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. We want to especially highlight Atip at the restaurant. He recognized us from the very first moment, and his kindness and professionalism stood out immediately. What truly amazed us was that on our second visit for breakfast, he remembered our last name and greeted us personally. His exceptional attention is like a gem within this hotel, adding a unique and memorable touch to our stay. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed with thoughtful details everywhere. The common areas are elegant, the décor is refined, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, and the sense of security throughout the hotel made us feel completely at ease. Everything about our experience felt special and unforgettable. We highly recommend the Dusit Thani Kyoto to anyone visiting the city. We will definitely return on our next trip to Kyoto.

This was our first stay at a Dusit Thani hotel and it was BY FAR the best hotel experience we have had anywhere in the world. The staff were so attentive and friendly and we waited for nothing. It was as if they knew what we wanted before we even asked. The room was amazing and the food (especially at Den Kyoto) and the service was outstanding. The spa service was also first-rate. Do yourself a favour. STAY HERE!

The experience was outstanding and our room and the service was impeccable! The staff were extremely hospitable and very helpful throughout our stay. The sushi dinner was also incredible and the hotel bar was very cosy for a post dinner tipple! We will definitely be coming again when we next visit Kyoto!!
