First time staying here. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. Hotel room was clean and sufficient. There is also a Sento segregated by gender on the roof. As is was raining during my visit, soaking in the hot pool with the cooling rain falling reminded me of the outdoor Onsens in the other part of Japan. However, being an outdoor/open air Sento, cleanliness was not top notch. But I am not complaining. Parking is plenty and it is free. There are plenty of dinning options about 10 mins drive form the hotel. I believe there are dining options near the hotel as well but I did not try it. Will definately stay here again if I am visiting around the Nago area.

I booked this hotel because it was an easy way to sleep after a night of drinking with friends. The front desk attempted to charge me for my friends second room and reality it was not in my name. 部屋に入り布団を少しあげたら、男性の髪の毛が 3本ありました。気持ち悪かったけど息で下に落としました。気になったのでシーツを良く見たら、 ホコリみたいな汚れがあり、隣のベッドに座ったら もっと汚い汚れが付いていました。 フロントに行き部屋を交換してもらいましたが、次の部屋も最悪に汚くエアコンのカバーも開いているしトイレの水は出ないし、2度と泊まりたく無い、 最も最悪なホテルでした。 ただ謝るだけで、グレードアップもなく偉い方からの謝罪もないのでキャンセルしました。その日のホテルは新しくとりました。当日にホテルを予約したので高くなり、余計な出費がでました。 本当に名護市のルートインには2度と泊まりたく無いです。
