Well located in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious clean and modern. Within walking distance of many of the main attractions. Golden Gate, St Sophia and the main avenue of Kiev. Nearest supermarket is about a 10-15 min walk.
Most staff I spoke to had a good level of english and were polite.
When I first arrived they gave me a different room than I booked but quickly corrected it.
Found the food and mini bar costs outrageously expensive. I'm use to high prices for breakfast at hotel but why am I paying AUD$39 for breakfast (which is what I pay in Australia in hotels) when I know food prices in Ukraine are a lot cheaper. As usual just eat outside the hotel as there are plenty places to eat in the same street.
