I had a business room, and everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. The included Buffet breakfast was amazing, the all included business lounge was the same. But the best thing is that if you’re new to Kuwait, the hotel can arrange a “Hala” welcome service where someone meets you at the plane, does all the visa and customs clearances, and gets you past the queues to pick up your bags, before taking you to meet the chauffeur driver. Excellent service. Thanks!!
