Great villa and service

Great villa and service from the staff . They can accommodate motorbike and were very helpful with a late check out . Location requires bikes though.

The villa is lovely - clean, comfortable, and great to return to for a refreshing dip in the pool. The team, including the owner, was friendly and helpful. We hired a scooter through them, which was conveniently delivered to the property. We stayed for four nights, and for the most part, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, on the third day, we discovered that breakfast was actually included in our booking - contrary to what we were told during check-in. Having stayed in multiple places during our trip, we simply hadn’t double-checked and took their word for it. By the time we realised, we had already spent quite a bit of money eating elsewhere, effectively paying double. When we raised the issue, they offered breakfast on our final day and waived the minibar charges as a goodwill gesture, but this only covered about half the cost. They still charged extra for oat milk and two lattes on our only villa breakfast, and no apology was offered at any point. Since we owed money for the scooter, it would have been easy to offset the rest, but the situation was left unresolved. We appreciated the late check-out, but it had already been offered in advance and wasn’t part of the resolution. Aside from the above, we’d have loved an espresso machine, a water dispenser, and thinner pillows - we woke up with sore necks each morning. In short: a beautiful place with lots of positives, but the handling of the breakfast issue left a disappointing final impression.

Lorenzo and the team at the villa were welcoming, friendly and attentive, giving us amazing food and day trip recommendations. The villa itself was impeccably decorated and appointed. Clean, elegant and modern and the pool was just glorious. Lorenzo ensured we had access to the nearby gym which was absolutely purely beautiful and he even booked us a restaurant under his recommendation- so charming and kind! We couldn’t recommend this place enough! It’s situated in a wonderful part of Lombok- slightly away enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk, or scoot to the main drag (he even organised scooters for us) Thank you so very much, Lorenzo and team! We cannot wait to be back!!!!

Great Villa, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Kelea Villas. It was the perfect spot for us, close to town. Loved having access to the gym and our plunge pool. They let us check in a bit early and arranged scooter rentals for us as well as helped us arrange airport pickup. Would stay here again.

Wonderful, private Villas each with their own pool. We had originally booked for one night at Kalea Villas as we wanted to see Kuta Lombok before heading off to Gili Islands. But liked it so much we cut a day off our Gili stay and went back for another night at Kalea Villas. Beautiful, quiet villas, built in 2020 and they are as fresh as brand new, and very elegant. Also very professional and helpful staff. Highly recommended, October 2023

Wir sind zum zweiten male dort gewesen. Die Beschreibung sowie die Bilder des Hotels entsprechen der Realität. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war von der Buchung an bis zur Abreise vor Ort sehr gut und man fühlte sich jederzeit informiert. Die Lage des Hotels (in einer Seitenstraße gelegen) ist gut und fußläufig nicht weit entfernt von Kutas Hotspots. Als Startpunkt zur Erkundung der im Süden befindlichen Strände aus ist das Hotel dementsprechend gut gelegen. An der Sauberkeit der Anlage hatten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes nichts zu beanstanden. Die im Außenbereich befindliche Küche war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank bot genug Platz um dort eigene Getränke etc. zu kühlen. Der Villa eigene Pool lud zu jeder Tageszeit zum Abkühlen ein. Kurzum, wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt !

Kan varmt anbefale Kalea Villas hvis man skal en tur på Lombok, hvilket I helt sikkert skal hvis I overvejer det. Staff var super søde og villaen og poolen var bare så lækkert.
