we had a perfect two-night stay at the Kusatsu Now Resort. First the staff has the best service I have ever experienced even though there was a language barrier. but the staff went beyond everything to keep us happy. Secondly the town of Kusatsu is really beautiful and compact so absolutely worth of visit!

The mattress is uncomfortable And only provide one sock and very hot in room. Luckily the front desk staff bring me a fan. Staffs are nice.

レストランのブッフェはとても美味しかったのですが、繁忙期の為料理をとるのに長い例ができていました。時間の枠をもう少し分けた方が集中しないのではないでしょうか？　雨の為外には出られずアクティビティもできなかったのですがプールや占いで楽しめました。客室はリフォーム前のお部屋だったようで昭和を感じました。スタッフの方はとても感じ良く、客層も日本人が多かったのでよかったです。温泉はトロトロ化粧水のようでした。ありがとうございました。

GWのためだけでなく、総合的に高いと思いました。スタッフの方はよいですし、湯畑とのバスの送迎も本数が多いとは思いませんが、助かります。しかし、部屋から温泉まで遠く、別棟のスーパー銭湯に行かされている気分です。夕食時に財布を持っていかないと部屋付けできないのもびっくりました。

偶然な再会

滞在中、気になる汚れなど一切なく、快適に過ごすことができました。客室は和室でしたが躊躇なく、自宅にいるような感じで家族皆がまったりとしていました。 個人的事ですが、夕食時に、子供が部活でお世話になっている先生と偶然にもお会いしてしまうなどのハプニングもあって、印象に残るホテルとなりました。ありがとうございました。

客室の掃除レベルが大変残念

客室に入るとすぐトイレの床に尿のシミと毛が3本も落ちていてゾッとしたので除菌ウエットで掃除しました。そして客室のベットに座った瞬間、枕の8センチくらいの大きなシミが目に入り気分が更に下がりました。そばに寄るとカバーではなくカバーの下の枕本体に茶色のシミ。そしてそのすぐ脇にまた髪の毛一本。ホテルって髪の毛チェックだけはするものだと。枕は快く替えてくれました。

いい感じ

部屋はツインルームでしたが、広くて清潔で良かったです！ただ少し壁が薄く廊下の音などが漏れて聞こえますが、私たちはそんなに気にならなかったです。スタッフの方も丁寧で、対応も良かったと思います。ホテルと湯畑まで無料バスが出ていてアクセスもいいです。お風呂も4種類ほどお湯があって良かったです。唯一気になることと言うと、親に少しゴミ?が浮いてたくらいですかね。ビュッフェも美味しく、満足でした。
