It’s so cheap so I can’t really complain. Only if WiFi could be stronger because there were no WiFi in our room.

We would never stay here again. 

We booked via hotels.com and paid for a room with one double bed, a single bed and a balcony. We arrived and were asked if it was okay with a room with no balcony. We'd like a balcony please, we said. We were then told that using the air condition in the room would be charged 15 TL ($7.50) extra per day, even though it said nothing of that on the description on hotels.com.  Fridge was turned off and smelled bad. Room had two single beds and not a double and a single as we booked. No free toilet amenities as stated on the booking, unless you count free mildew on the towels. Turned on the aircon and it started leaking everywhere. Took a shower and there was water all over the floor due to the drain being plugged with old hair. Kitchen was dirty and the dishes were too. Wifi didn't reach our room and the swimming pool had super loud techno music blasting out so that we could hear it inside our room.  We spent most of the day talking to the staff about all the problems with the room and waiting for people to repair the aircon. At night the hotel started playing loud Turkish music and didn't stop until 12. The next morning when we wanted to shower, there was no warm water and we had to shower in ice cold water instead.  The one star is for the staff and the manager that were very friendly and tried their best to repair the room we stayed in. But friendliness  doesn't justify the terrible quality of this hotel. We would never stay here again.

Kesinlikle rezil bir yer!!!

Otele vardığınızda öncelikle giriş için çok süre beklememiz gerekti. Daha sonra satın aldığımız oda tipinden daha düşük düzeyde bir odaya bizi yerleştirmeye çalıştılar. Kabul etmeyince, sanırım otel sahibine ayrıılmış bir odaya girişimizi yapıldı. Ama orada da yine oda tercihlerimizde yazdığı halde birçok imkândan faydalanamayacağımızı öğrendik. Bir gün sonra da başka sebeplerden dolayı otelden ayrılmamız gerekti. Hem otele 3 gece 4 gün için ödediğimiz para boşa gitti, hem de kaldığımız bir gün boyunca otelde bize sunulması gereken hizmetin yarısına dahi ulaşamadan orayı terk etmek zorunda kaldık. İnanılmaz seviyesi düşük bir mekan!!!

Warmwasser gibt es dort nicht täglich, wenn man Glück hat, kann man zwischen 19 und 21 Uhr mal duschen. Wähend meines 11 tägigen Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer 1x gereinigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nie gewchselt. Am Pool läuft bis ca. 1 Uhr nachts laute Musik, egal ob dort Gäste sind oder nicht.

Bon rapport qualité-prix si vous vous coucher tard

Je ne peux pas dire que le séjour dans cet établissement a été très bon à cause du bruit, de midi jusqu’à minuit. Alors, si vous cherchez un endroit tranquille pour passer vos vacances, cet hôtel n’est pas pour vous. En revanche, si vous aimez vous coucher tard et vous amuser autour d’une piscine avec de la musique (ou le bruit ?), cet hôtel est idéal pour ceux avec un petit budget. C’est aussi idéal si vous êtes sourde. Le gérant, Nuri, est très sympathique et un bon-vivant, qui aime entretenir une ambiance de fête toutes les nuits. Alors, cela ne convient pas à ceux qui aiment se coucher tôt, d’autant plus que de l’autre côté de la rue il y a l’hôtel Tuntas où la musique ou plutôt le bruit est encore plus fort. Un autre problème est l’Internet et je conseille à la direction de le remédier avec un répéteur wifi pour renforcer le signal. C’est un appareil qui ne coûte pas cher. Autrement, cet hôtel est très bon, surtout en ce qui concerne le rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours disposé à aider. En ce qui concerne la plainte de certains clients sur le prix à payer pour l’appareil de climatisation, ce n'est pas justifiée dans la mesure où c’est clairement indiquée dans les conditions et les clients n’ont qu’à les dire attentivement. D’ailleurs, on a le choix de ne pas l’utiliser. Ce choix n’existe pas dans d’autres établissements plus chers.

O gerente foi muito desortez

Reservei dois dias e precisei sair antes. Ao solicitar o comprovante de que teria ficado somente um dia, o gerente informou que não fornece recibo e nem nota fiscal e ainda disse que eu pedisse a restituição no hotel.com, que ele não tinha nada a ver com isso. Tirando isso, que já foi muito, o hotel estava com aspecto de velho, com paredes descascando. O café da manhã, diferente de todos os outros hotéis, é pago por fora e com um preço caríssimo. O chuveiro náo esquentava, e é época de frio. Ou seja, um horror. Só salvou mesmo a localização.
