The Perfect Kure is a short walk to the beach and is central to both Carolina Beach/Kure Beach. Home is turnkey, in a quiet location, and spacious for large group vacations - 2 king suites, 3 ensuite bathrooms. Beach access located at 1004 1/2 Fort Fisher Boulevard with a seasonal lifeguard and is NOT surrounded by high rise condos or large crowds. Enjoy partial ocean views from kitchen and dining rooms hear the ocean waves from the two large front decks.

This was a Beautiful home with fully stock kitchen. There was everything you need for the beach from chairs, sand toys, beach towels and wagons to get it there. We couldn’t have picked a better house for our family gathering at the beach. Looking forward to renting again.

Great Stay

Our family rented this property between Christmas and New Years 2024. Everything was accurately depicted in the listing. Communication with the owner was pleasant and helpful. Its just a quick walk to the beach access. The beach chairs, beach toys and cart was enjoyed by all. We had fantastic weather for winter season and we all decided that we'll be back.

Quiescent Kure Spot

Our late week family get-away was complimented by this quiescent Kure Beach spot! This beautifully decorated house was extremely detailed in preparing vacationers for a home-away-from-home experience and was nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. From its well-stocked kitchen and cozy bedding to its easy TV usage and ready-to-ride bikes, we were SO pleased to see this thoughtfulness!! One bathroom on the main floor looked to be a recent update and was very clean. The Master and Hall bathrooms were not clean enough for my standards and could’ve used some extra attention. Overall, this rental was a great place and we’d love to come back to Kure Beach for a longer stay!

We came for my daughter's wedding under Kure pierwe had a few others come back for dinner at the house that stayed in other rentals. It was great.. everything was as expand worjed perfect. Highly recommen..just whish had an elevator.

Perfect fit for our stay.

The house was everything the description said it would be, and they respond to questions very quickly. Everything was very easy and quick. The house had toys for the kids to play with and a close walk to the beach with plenty of chairs, beach toys and a canopy for shade. I would highly recommend this location and would rent it again.

Beautiful beach getaway

We loved our stay. The beach was very close and Renee had every beach accessory you could ever want. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable and so, so clean! It was really nice not have to rush out and get things like paper towels and dish soap too, as all of that stuff is generously provided by the host. You will love your time here. The only thing I'd recommend is to bring some house shoes, as the bamboo floors can be hard on your feet after standing on them for a while.

Best part: living space–wide open, lots of seating, gave us what we wanted. We loved the provided amenities. Con: the rug in the family room was “sheddy” & left mementos on our clothing if we lay on it–likely had to do with the material. Pro: kitchen. Had all we needed, even a water filter. All we used worked properly. Pro: modest bedrooms. Comfy beds & linens–not showy, but room for exercise. Daughter enjoyed the provided toys. The setup of the beds/baths worked well. Mild Con: scent of air freshener in various places in the home. We’re very sensitive to smells & noticed it right away. Diffuser sticks in 2 bathrooms gave off a strong smell. (Our host told us about the sticks ahead of time & gave us the option to put them away if needed if they were out when we arrived.) Not all of the beds/baths had a strong scent, & we were able to adjust. The common area didn’t have the scent. It was mainly in the entry area, third floor bathroom, primary bed/bath, & around the laundry machines. **It should be noted that we’re more sensitive than the average person & most may not notice.** Pro: Proximity to the beach! Easy walking distance. Hosts provided beach towels, toys, chairs, & a wagon to make the beach trip even more fun. **The outdoor shower had warm water!** Pro: host had stellar communication. Queries were answered quickly & our needs were met. There was some confusion about the checkout procedure, but it was quickly clarified. 10/10. We’d stay here again! Thank you to o

Feels like a home, not a rental

House was perfect for our graduation stay. Seven adults and two children. The house is beautifully decorated, and outfitted with great appliances, comfortable furniture and beds, short easy walk to the beach (and plenty of nice beach stuff), great showers, and all the things you need. We had a wonderful graduation weekend with family and the house gave us the perfect setting!
