GREAT BEACH COTTAGE!!!

Charming beach cottage, perfect location - quick walk to the beach, quiet at night, cool during the hot days, well stocked!! There was even a large beach cart we could use to cart our chairs, towels and cabana to the beach! Owner was accommodating easy to communicate with. We hope to return!!

Only problem I had was the yard was not mowed. I'm sure that was out of the hosts control. Other than that, the house was cute and had a rustic beach feel to it which I loved and only one block walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely great place to stay! I wish we could have stayed longer. The house is well stocked for cooking and kept very clean. Great communication with the host and we had a very nice conversation about places to eat and things to do. It was myself, my husband, my daughter and her husband and 5 month old, my son and his 11 year old daughter. Easy entry into the house and a skip across the road to the beach. Such a nice and very much needed weekend we had. I will definitely look for this property when planning another family vacation.

Great beach cottage for 2 families to hang out before and after moving our boys into UNCW. We grilled steaks, played cards, enjoyed the beach, ocean, outdoor shower, comfy beds, TV, sofas, patio, and walking to the pier, restaurants and arcade. A great setting for launching our boys.
