We loved our stay here at the Riggins!! The location is fabulous, you are separate from the pier area so you don't have that kind of traffic but you are close enough to be there if you want to. We loved being on the third floor for many reasons but mostly because when we were out on the porch we had the best views of the ocean and sunrise. The beds were comfy and the space in the condo is set up well so that you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

The condo was not that great. It smelled, the couch was uncomfortable, there was no comfy seating in the living room and the bathroom was in need of some repairs. I would not stay in this condo again.

Great place ON the beach !

We loved being in the last condo next to fort fisher. Beautiful spot where the sound of the waves rocks you to sleep. Adjacent fort fisher beach is bigger and less crowded than the beach below but it’s all good!

The property was cute, right up on the beach and ocean front, quiet area away from everything. It truly was a perfect spot to just relax and decompress.

Kure Beach love

The double (NOT A QUEEN) bed was quite uncomfortable and the couch in livingroom needs replaced. Very little comfortable seating. Even the kitchen table chairs were so hard. We loved the ocean right outside our balcony and just steps to the sandy ocean. It was a getaway we needed. For the price there certainly should be comfortable resting areas. I was not walking right by Wednesday. Had to use wheelchair to visit the aquarium.

Absolutely beautiful location

Just what my husband and I needed, peaceful and absolutely breathtaking view, no hustle and bustle, the coquina outcrop was an amazing site to see, along with the state park 4x4 beach, we loved the aquarium, my husband loves all things aquatic, perfect getaway for the two of us

Better than what’s described and pictured

Wonderful Weekend

A beautiful property with an amazing view. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The beach was great during the day, and the full moon rise over the ocean at night was breathtaking. Would definitely stay again.

A mouse ate my chocolate bar.

At first glance we thought everything was clean but I left a Lindt chocolate bar on the kitchen table and a mouse ate it the first night. The sofa was super uncomfortable as well.

Excellent location

This condo has the best view on the beach. It had everything you could need. However, the mattresses need to be replaced. And it is advertised as having a queen bed in the bedroom, but I believe it's a double.

We loved the view and location but that is what you are paying for. Unfortunately there is a cleaning fee and fees to be paid to the property management team. There was an ant infestation on the kitchen counters and clearly the cleaning team was not cleaning behind the toilet. There was no flexibility with check in time and we waited outside the rental management office in the rain for our parking pass, no flexibility as they sat behind locked doors. Again, great view but ridiculous fees.

Best view on Kure Beach

The condo offered a wonderful and private view of the ocean, since it’s the very last structure on the beach before the Fort Fisher area begins. Just to the right of the condo there was a small beach area where we enjoyed sitting, wading and searching for conch shells that had washed up into the rocks. The paved walk to Fort Fisher with gazebos and beach areas were all very nice too. The night sky was amazing for star gazing, as there is no light filtration. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed for cooking. Pans were in poor condition, but we made it work. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. However, hard to beat the view from every room of the condo.

Amazing Ocean Views

The ocean was at our Beach House....right up to the sandbags in front....when the tide went out, there was sand and a wonderful place to make sand structures...the house was clean and bright... we had a quiet peaceful rest and look forward to coming again...

The views were georgous. The home was very nice. BUT........ We had two problems cockroaches and the central air was not working correctly it averaged about 84 degrees. Which is not fun especially when it effects your children sleeping😪 Even after several phone calls and someone coming out to check it. It was not fixed. How to you rent a home that is not if full working order.we were told that this had been a prior problem so they knew it was not working correctly.

Even nice in the rain.

Except for one howling window the six of us (2 kids 4 adults) had a great time! Management sent someone to fix the window but it took two visits to fix. Other than that all was great. This unit is on the third floor so we got our exercise along with a superior view! We didn’t want to leave!
