My new favourite hotel

I haven't checked out yet, but so far the hotel has been amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful; the room is large, clean, and comfortable; the bath is big and the shower pressure is strong. The bathroom looks much nicer than the standard tiny unit one most hotels have. They offer plenty of amenities at check in, and have a range of items available for free loans if you need them, e.g. phone chargers. I will definitely be visiting Alpha-1 again. My only criticism is that the bed and pillow are very firm/hard, but that's just personal preference.

着いたら「今日は、満室で泊まれないと可哀想だから ダブルの部屋にシングル料金で お泊りいただけます。」と 何度も言われる。 はぁ？オーバーブッキング気味にしたのは そちらの問題。 昨日電話して、無理矢理明日泊めてくれた 頼んだわけでもないのに。 部屋に入って分かった。 喫煙部屋。 部屋が明らかにタバコ臭い。 灰皿に吸い殻こそ残っていなかったものの 灰が残ってた。 駅から近いし 飲食店、コンビニ、そして倉敷美観地区からも近く 大変便利でシングル8000円弱と 今時安いけど。 灰はないよなー、二度目は無いかと。
