This idyllic studio holiday home is nestled amidst a stunning 6,000 square meter garden with flowers, fruit trees, and lawns, offering spectacular views of the Baltic Sea. The individually furnished two-bedroom house is located on an artist's spacious property – right on the edge of the forest, between the "Kühlung" nature reserve and the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. The Baltic Sea beach is only 2.5 km away, and a bike path leads directly there. The house accommodates up to four adults and two children and features a panoramic living/bedroom, a small kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower/toilet, and a utility room. It is allergy-friendly and almost barrier-free – there are no steps and a ramp to the terrace. A simple, wheelchair-accessible shower is located in the adjacent building. Wi-Fi is available, but may be intermittent. A special highlight: A small art museum with changing exhibitions invites you to visit the main building.
