Holiday apartment near the beach

This charming holiday apartment in Villa Sonnenresidenz is located just a few steps from the wonderful sandy beach in the western part of Kühlungsborn. It is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and combined living and dining area.
You enter the apartment on the ground floor through a practical hallway belonging to the apartment. From here you can access the combined living and dining area, which has all the amenities for your vacation. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area with space for 4 people. In the living area are the two comfortable sofas, which can be used as an additional bed with just a few hand movements. A double wing door leads to the adjoining sleeping area, which has a renewed double bed and a spacious closet in the winter garden. A small storage room and a new shower room with a daylight window complete this practical apartment.
Wi-Fi and a parking space are available to our guests free of charge. In the back of the parking lot there is also a covered storage space for bicycles.

Schöne Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Für einen Ostsee-Trip mit bis zu 4 Leuten ideal gelegen, um schnell an den Strand zu gelangen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr nah. Alles in Allem kann ich die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub im Juli 2023

Die Ferienwohnung war, wie beschrieben, sehr schön. Der Weg zum Strand und zu den Geschäften war nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Allerdings wurde der Hundestrand um einige Meter verlegt. Aber auch das hat nicht weiter gestört. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder.

Schmuddelwohnung

Schmuddelige, nüchtern eingerichtete Wohnung ohne Sonne. Ist gerade mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet! Zudem waren jeden Tag-außer am Wochenende-Handwerker im Haus, die einen gewissen Geräuschpegel verursacht haben! Ich kann die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen! Kühlungsborn gerne immer wieder, aber in anderer Unterkunft!!!
