Everything is good except internet connection is inconsistent. Have to log in every time even though after a few minutes not in use. House keeping service is good. Special thanks to Rajib who has provided us with excellent housekeeping services. Breakfast buffet food varieties can be upgraded given it is a 5 stars hotel which is a bit disappointed. Overall the experience is good and great location.

This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing & shopping. Just across the road to the walkway that goes to the Petronas tower complex. Got a great deal from Hotels.com on a suite, it was huge and had free access to the club where there was complimentary food & drinks. Be aware of the heat in Kuala Lumpur, even though it was in February it was very hot 24 hours a day !

Building is old & rooms should be time for some upgrading. Connections rooms doors lock is old & broken was not able to access to another room. Facilities in the room really old. Car park small with narrow access.room cleanness is still up to standard.
