My wife-Adeline MLC, is a regular contributor in tripadvisor. I will also get my wife to review this hotel. This is the first time we stayed with Westin,KL.(From 23 DEC) Previous year we stayed at Shangri-La, KL. For comparison Shangri-La's room is about 20% larger much more luxurious but also $40AUD more expensive. Overall for the price we paid, it is a very nice 5 star hotel. The staffs are very friendly. I lost my phone at Level 1 pool area and later thanks to Reeza and LAN for returning my phone to our ROOM 1901. I would highly recommended this hotel if you budget is around $175-$185AUD (Australian dollar/about $550MYR ringgit per night) -JOHN, Perth.WA. Australia

The hotel has definitely deteriorated. Breakfast was terribly disappointing & we actually cancelled after 2 days of poor quality. Bathroom amenities were average & the towels were smelly and so small. Definitely not 5 star standards. Hotel staff were excellent.

Great if you want to go shopping!!!

Pretty much everything was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived at 9am and they let us into our room which was amazing. My only complaint was Prego - at 9pm at night (after being told they were fully booked and we couldnt eat at 6pm) we tried to get some dessert and coffee to take to our room. It took 20 minutes and the place was nearly empty. Serving was tiny and not worth the money. My coffee sat for 10 minutes before it was given to me with my dessert. Staff were a bit rude and disinterested as well. Wasnt a great experience at Prego. Apart from that... everything was excellent!!!
