DO NOT BOOK HERE. There are BLACK MOLD on the room wall, peeling wall paper with mold everywhere. Very dusty and not clean, we found BLOOD STAINS ON PILLOWS/LINEN in the first room, which means they don't clean the linens. Went to talk to staff did nothing, it was late and we were tired from a long flight, so I paid more for a "better" room, and found blood again on the sheets. The roof was leaking with water dripping. I don't know the safety of this building, but already black mould is the worst to breath in. STAY AWAY, even if the site says it is 7/10.

Bath room door was spoilt and unable to lock but do not fix from day 1 till day 4. Telephone extension changed but never inform customer until we need to personally go to counter and ask . Breakfast are all the same for everyday. Anyway quit convenient for business trip, got own car park.

Old, terrible, stink, bad hotel

This is my first time experienced very unhappy moment while staying at hotel. I booked Executive Suite King Bed with Bathtub but what you imagine are nothing like it. Room looks very scary with wallpaper peeled off very badly. Bathtub cracked and can't be use. The worst part, water heater was not functioning. The whole hotel got no water heater. The next morning i checked out from the hotel without taking my bath. I called receptionist from my room for 5 times and no one answering. I went down to the lobby and complained about the water heater. The receptionist lady told me to use kettle for me to be able to take bath which was so ridiculous. Breakfast time in the morning i saw only 4-5 people were there having breakfast.

One of the worst experience ever

The condition of the hotel was extremely old. There was water leakage at the lobby that's usually a bad sign if they can't even get their lobby right. I got there around 4 and they told me that room won't be ready till 6.. that's after they made me wait in the lobby for 20 mins.. i left my bags and went for dinner and came back at 7.. the room was still not ready.. finally at 8 they gave me the room. The room was in terrible condition.. bath tub was broken, the carpet has large patch of white powder (didn't even want to ask what it was), and the wall was full of water stain.. I went to the lobby.. I told them about it.. they started talking within themselves and completely ignoring me and not telling me what's happening.. they finally gave me another room 930.. at that time I was angry.. and walking in.. the room wifi didn't work.. I asked them to come fix and the guy just looked at it and said he doesn't know.. it was a joke.. so no internet for the 2 days. I woke up at 9.. went to breakfast.. there was absolutely nothing there.. not even plain bread was left. lastly my second day.. my card get deactivated.. had to go down and fix.. I don't know what to say... also the carpark was full.. and lots of mosquitos.. On the good side.. the room was spacious and looked nice but smells like something didn't quite survive. the hotel has just been poorly maintained. it had potential.. took plenty of photos of the bad condition of the hotel if anyone is interested.

Needs improvement on Housekeeping

Accommodation was worth the price and the location is well connected. Hotel needs to improve upon house keeping facilities. I stayed with family including 2 year baby and Hotel was unable to provide drinking water in the morning hours stating that their house keeping staff arrives at 9 am and only after that water can be provided.

Run down hotel

A very bad experience with this run-down stinky hotel, toilet flush not working with almost all staff look into it yet no maintenance staff fix it. After a night, transferred to a more stinky room. No room internet service in my stay, while they have one in the lobby - the staff doesn't want to share the access. Hotel requires cash in safety deposit whilst all front desk staff lack empathy in all concerns and requests.

The food was very disappointing for the breakfast sittings. Lighting very chinese style with down lights & mirrors everywhere. Non smoking room requested but quilt cover smokey sent. quilt changed next day & OK then. TV channels a bit sad but it is Malaysia. Aircon worked very well.
