The room was very nice and tidy, and you could see all the sights of Kuala Lumpur, especially KLCC, from the room. The table on the balcony for coffee was excellent.

I booked a “luxury suite” here via Expedia in October. The experience was extremely disappointing:
Misrepresentation: This is not a hotel, but there is no indication of this during the booking process. The property was advertised as a "luxury suite", but the reality was far below expectations—grubby, poorly maintained, and lacking basic amenities, 1 towel, mismatched crockery. It matches the website pictures in layout only and not in quality.
Security Issues: There is no reception desk & the key locker did not lock, the apartment electronic lock was disabled by a piece of metal screwed over the lock, and the owner admitted previous guests had not returned keys raising serious safety concerns.
Stressful Experience & Poor Support: Despite repeated attempts to get check-in instructions, I received them only while boarding my flight!!. Expedia agents were unable to resolve the situation, at one stage starting a canclellation process, leaving me stressed and uncertain throughout the flight.
We ultimately left after one night and booked alternative accommodation. Expedia’s initial response was to cite the property’s non-refundable policy, ignoring the misrepresentation and safety issues. After a lengthy process dealing with multiple people, I was finally compensated with a partial refund.
I strongly advise caution when booking this apartment. Listings should be accurate, and customer support should prioritize traveler safety and well-being.

Made a reservation 2 months before the trip. Got an email from the accommodation that they were fully booked and cancelled the reservation on the day I was supposed to check in. Arrived at the venue at 3am without knowing. They just told me to contact Hotels.com and asked me to get a refund. Contacted the website and they just confirmed the refund. I had to book a room on my own at 8 or 9am. This is the worst experience and probably the worst nightmare that can happen to the tourists. This whole experience set the tone for the stay in KL and both the accommodation and the website, Hotels.com, wouldn't take the responsibility and were unreliable. If you ever consider booking a room at this venue through this website, think twice please
