Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Bad experience

I did not like my stay at the hotel. The room were not that clean, specially the sofa was beyond what should be allowed, it was so dirty you didn’t even want to sit there. There were small insects crawling in the kitchen area always. Basic things like kitchen equipment lacked. The shower door was almost completely broken off. Gym was not that great either because of the lack of equipment, if you are more than two people, then you are going to wait a lot. Waiting for the elevator was too much, sometimes it was 5-7 minutes.
