80% cleaning quality but it was generally great to us. However why they don't have queen bed for 4 families member. Normally 4 ppl family is normal number hence we should share two ppl on at least Queen bed rather than 1 King Single. Our family have a holiday as regular based, but if they provide twin bed(king single) size, I DON'T WANT TO STAY IN THE FUTURE ANYMORE.

The Shangri-La KL is very comfortable for the business traveller. The room size was fine & cleanliness was excellent. The check-in & check-out was outstanding. The location is good as it's a short walk across the road to the nightlife if you want change of atmosphere & a pleasant drink. I will certainly be staying at Shangri-La when visiting KL & highly recommend for the business traveller who also enjoys the nightlife.

Dissapointing stay

Hotel does not live up to its reputation. Service was dissapointing, they dont seem to care about their guests, its all about the formalities. The guy that organizes taxis outside was extremely rude. If anyone stays here know that theirs a shuttle bus taking you around the main places in the city - very useful when its raining. Saves the taxi guys time and you money. But noone informed us of it apart from the angry taxi driver who was upset that the hotel wouldnt recommend us use a shuttle bus to The petronas shopping centre (literally down road). There was mould around certain places in the bathroom. Was too disgusted to even use their bathtub. Would not stay here again.

In the nicer part of KL.

Pros: Everything about the hotel was great. 5 star excellence in every way, and we were even greeted with a Lion Dance to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
Cons: A better, more informative local map.
Location: A1 location walking distance to KL Tower, Twin Towers, Hop on Hop off and free Kl Bus stops.
Good thing we had free wifi, so Wotif could pressurise us with unnecessary messages.

Nice hotel in the city

Had a great family vacation, friendly staff, food are delicious, comfortable bed, will definitely come back to this place or recommend to anyone
