Amazing! The room I picked was spacious, the tent in the front room helped my daughter sleep well. They even gave slippers for my 2 yr old daughter which was a nice touch. Electric blinds in the main bedroom and fruit bowl as conplimentary on arrival.

The city tour leaflet we took out from your front desk gave me a shrug on my shoulder when we felt shorchanged upon availing when it says 3 1/2 hrs city tour but it ended 2 1/2 hrs only. Other than the sunken bed we experienced but compensated with a free ride to airport , all went well with your services and nice staff.

Best hotel I've stayed at yet in terms of cleanliness and comfortability. However we were woken up multiple times to kids screaming which was very annoying. I would expect better soundproofing from such an expensive hotel. Also my wife and I were just chilling in the pool, only thigh deep just having a conversation when we were interrupted and she was asked to get out of the pool because she didn't have a swimsuit on but rather a dress. I assume this is for safety reasons but we were only on the steps of the pool, standing and not swimming.

I booked a premier selection suite again which unfortunately had been renovated and resulted in an occasional awful sour urine-like smell in the lounge room. Fortunately the bedroom was fine. The hotel supplied an air purifier for the room as due to the ASEAN Conference the hotel was fully booked. This ameliorated the smell but it was still there. The hotel's previous daily shuttle to various points has now been reduced to only 5 days but it is fairly close to Bukit Nanas monorail station so commuting is easy.
