For older customers, scanning QR code to order room service food is not helpful. Please have option for having printed menu in the room. I was traveling with my mother. On the day of checkout, we needed someone to take luggage from our room to concierge. My mom cannot walk with luggage due to old age. Unfortunately didn’t get help. Also, during breakfast, she needed help with carrying of some heavy plates, which we didn’t find waiters available. Please be considerate and respectful to senior citizens. It is really tough for older people to navigate through. Also the rooms are a bit cozy, so not much space.
