For older customers, scanning QR code to order room service food is not helpful. Please have option for having printed menu in the room. I was traveling with my mother. On the day of checkout, we needed someone to take luggage from our room to concierge. My mom cannot walk with luggage due to old age. Unfortunately didn’t get help. Also, during breakfast, she needed help with carrying of some heavy plates, which we didn’t find waiters available. Please be considerate and respectful to senior citizens. It is really tough for older people to navigate through. Also the rooms are a bit cozy, so not much space.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast options were absolutely marvelous with plenty to choose from. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and kept the room spotless every day. The location is also great — pretty much walking distance to shopping and many nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

Our room was very homely and clean. We felt very comfortable at the hotel. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the Rooftop and the pool was very good. Stunning views! It would have been good if the pool was heated a little - thought it was a bit too cold for us.

Hotel was very good. Staff particularly friendly and helpful. The lobby area just as pictured, very relaxing area. Good WiFi throughout. Pool area was excellent for views and great place to relax. Breakfast had a good selection and really tasty. We really liked our room and the view. Bathroom very clean. Only prevented from getting an “excellent rating” because there was small debris under bed and side of fridge. Would stay here again when we visit 👍

The room was always spotless and ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was within walking distance from the train and mono rail stations or a little longer to Petronas Towers and KLCC or take a cheap GRAB car to most attractions.

We had booked 3 nights in a deluxe room but left this hotel and paid £15 more per night to stay at Royal Hotel Signature. There was a smell in the room which felt lile mould and dirty socks. I asked to change rooms and was advised that house keeping had checked the room and noted that there isnt an issue with regards to smell. I also mentioned to them that the safe was not working (which they didnt fix when they said they would). We also had an ironing board in the room but no iron, the bathroom was small and the walls had marks all over them. The lobby, pool and restaurant were all fantastic and the service given by Zamal was above and beyond. It is a shame that the other staff members at reception were not as helpful and that the room did not live up to expectations. I would not recommend staying here. The manager on duty that night declined to change my room but when I complained to expedia they offered to change my room at 2am. By this point I was no longer interested and wanted to leave. Ive stayed in hotels all over asia as I am travelling for months and this has been one of the worst hotels I've stayed in because of the reception desk's service and the low standard of the room. Pay a tiny bit more and stay in a 5 star hotel in the centre of town.
