Emergency checked in here. They gave terrible room. No water in next morning. The mattress, u can feel the spring while you sleep, bedsheet not well cleaned (can see the stains), no toilet roll. We complained about no water, they opened a new room (just for us to shower) & the other room is much better than what they gave to us. Perhaps we are unfortunate to experienced their bad services. 😅

should improve the service. there's a young person in charge (don't know from where, maybe Bangladesh) at counter doesn't seems friendly enough with customer. The bed sheet got a clear yellow stain on it. seems unclean. Overall still ok but one thing that most unacceptable is the noise during night time around 2-4. knocking and repairing sound around.

Was given a dark room and really unclean sheets.. Asked for sheets to be changed and was told there were no clean sheets and all sheets were dirty. That's unacceptable. Refrigerator was missing from room and had to be brought in. Bad stay even for the price.
