Nice apartment. Good air conditioning. Hot water in shower. Great location. However apartment utilities were very minimal and we only had 1 coffee mug for 3 of us. No tea! No hand towels, bath mat, tea towels or cooking utensils. No hot water in kitchen sink or plug to wash dishes properly. Wifi did drop out regularly. Noisy fridge which only seemed to get cold on day 3! Shower head holder was broken. Upon arrival we had a pile of rubbish swept to the corner near the door which had not been removed. Overall nice stay but could definitely be more equipped for the price.

Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

Couldn’t even stay for 1 night. The whole entire room smells heavy with incense its suffocating. Pillow casing and beddings has yellow spots. for 2 nights didn’t even get any refunds. Owner of the stay takes almost an hour to give us the key to check in.

1. Small TV 2. No cleaning of room, only after being prompted to do do. Bed linens were not changed prior to my checking in. 3. Great and unnecesary hassle if you drive. Drove the car up and parked at side due key requirement at exit of carpark, went up to apartment again to put down key on table, took a photo and sent as whatsapp to apartment operator for his acknowledgement of checked out.

Need to ensure the room that you received was the room that you booked. Else the staff might shortchange you. Staff will deliver any service satisfactoraily that have been promised provided that you request it. The place is very convenient, shops are accessible and many food options avaliable.

Rooms were really nice, hotel staff friendly, pool and gym very nice, as well as restaurant, however the pool and gym security staff could make one feel quite uncomfortable as they would hover around and probably over control the area. A lighter touch and perhaps more education as to western cultures around pools and gyms would help. Some of the security staff were more friendly than others. A smile and some knowledge of other cultures can go a long way. Room service staff were very friendly too, as well as polite. Would stay here again. If not for security staff and also some maintenance needed around the pool deck area would have given 5 stars.

For starters you are renting through an independent company. Upon arrival in Malaysia, I tried calling the number multiple times to no avail. Once I arrived at the hotel, the counter staff acted like it had the plague. Once I reached an individual who is in the lobby he was super confused as to my reservation and took him 15 minutes to figure it out at one point time to ask a lady to assist who refused. Has he escort me up to the room, it wasn’t ready as the maid was still inside. I left for 45 minutes came back to find the door unlocked, one of the ACs did not work, and there were no towels. I will say that the issues were handled promptly. The place is old!! I had a gorgeous view from the living room of a wall of the next building. The slippers they included or one’s worn by the previous guests thank goodness I had my own. The best part comes the next day when I go downstairs to get my breakfast upon returning, there was zero electricity in the unit and found out from a neighbor that I was going to be out for six hours. That means no Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, lights, etc.. A positive is that the pool is an infinity pool and a very high-floor. Gym was OK.Never found any restaurants or bars, except for a little pastry shop in the lobby.There’s construction going on next to the building and the traffic is ridiculous. Please look both ways two or three times.The carpets in the lobby were so stained it is disgusting. It’s cheap, but not what I’m looking for on

Please read the small print. This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment within a hotel building. There is no check in desk, no check in instructions provided. Had to ask the hotel staff for the building in which this is and they gave me a number to call. Keys were handed over and instructions sent how to empty the garbage and use the washing machine. No instructions on breakfast, pool, gym etc. Once entering the property it was very evident that the property is in dire need of refurbishment. Plastic resusable slippers were provided which is very unhygienic. We arrived late in the evening at 9:30pm so went straight to bed. In the morning was more evident on how dirty the property was with ants crawling all over the kitchen side. Kids reported they also found ants in their room. Thankfully I found another hotel and we checked out. The hotel has not refunded me for the 3 nights that we did not stay unfortunately

I had a very disappointing stay. The service was extremely poor, and the facilities were very limited. This suite was not part of the Platinum Hotel management but rented out by a private individual. The hotel elevators lacked proper ventilation, the cleaning service was weak, and there was no luggage storage provided. Instead, the host charged 10 MYR cash per piece of luggage. On the first day, we were even given the wrong address and location, which caused unnecessary stress. Overall, I strongly recommend booking directly with the Platinum Hotel and not through a private host. In particular, avoid the suite on the 38th floor.
