5-8 Feb 2026 - This hotel should not be rated as 4 stars but 3 stars. Bad - Not a spanking looking room but very average. No hot water for the first 2 days. Shower handle was leaking causing the floor to get very wet. Only 1 power point was found in the entire room. Everyone complains about waiting long for the lifts (only 4 lifts for a 53-storey high building)
Good - Reception was friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel has a watsapp chat to communicate with you. Very prompt and they gave helpful information for check in and check out. Good location - less than 5 minutes drive to Little India and walking distance to Nu Sentral.

The rooftop pool has an unmatched view of the city and the facilities are very clean. The staff at Riveria Premier Suites was also very friendly and welcoming.
I would recommend staying here to all travelers to Kuala Lumpur as the proximity to Sentral Station makes it a very accessible hotel for visiting other parts of the city.
