Superb location Surrounded by bars, restaurants and top quality shopping malls. The property is excellently maintained and luxurious. The pool is not heated and so a bit too cold, though you can use the pool next door. The breakfast was of a very good quality. The suite itself was spacious, with all you require in a modern hotel room.

Second Time Staying and still loving it

Second time staying here. Every thing was great. The only thing that peeves me is that the TV is not syncing. The voice on the TV shows does not match the show. it seem to be a couple seconds slower. Also some channel like HBO voices does not even match up and has some weird sound. Other then that everything was good. The hotel even let me have a late check out at 2pm. Staffs were friendly and helpful too.

3rd Stay and there will be more!

This is our 3rd stay here in Pan Pacific and we will definitely come back as the location is superb! Close to everything but far enough away from the busy streets just outside Pavilion Mall. Ms. Farah was amazing! So friendly and personable when she checked us in and also what a friendly smile to greet us at breakfast. The only thing that I could find that was the not so pleasant were the smells/odours that were the emanating from the drain from the bathroom floor. Occasionally it would clear up but it was there during our entire stay. I would suggest that the hotel conduct more frequent sanitising cleaning throughout their drainage system. Other than this the room was very clean and everything in great working order.
