WILL NEVER CONSIDER!

Once arrive I was told the executive suite is fully occupied and it's different from what the photo and description shows. To be fair, they instantly transfer me to a 2 room unit which is shows as same as the description without any charges but they told me DO NOT use the other room. The resident is next to the railway which can hear each train passing by every 10-15 min which is very disturbing. Found leftover chicken meat in the freezer after check-in. No drinking water provided, and leftover water in the boiler. Since there's no cleaning equipment provided, purposely walked out to purchase water. Do not try to check-in before 3pm even when HOTEL.com told you to go by 2pm. Immediate regretted my decision booking this place while Swiss garden I just 2 min walking distance from it with just slightly 10 ringgit expensive.

On attendais beaucoup plus après avoir lu les critiques et vu les photos surtout que dans la fourchette de prix, on peut largement s’attendre à mieux. Salle de bain très salle, deux cafards vu et tué. Draps pas propres et taché de crayons partout. Deux prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas. Deux vielles serviette de bain. Il était écrit qu’on avait deux bouteilles d’eau gratuite mais rien. Tout les cintres sont cassés et quelqu’un a essayé de les .......coller super. La télé a des rayé de partout et la prise est tordu dans tout les sens. L’hôtel est proche de..... rien du tout en fait. Le conducteur de GRAB a meme eut du mal à trouver avec l’adresse...

Very neat and safe place for family.

Apartment was clean, good locality. Safe to stay with family. Easy to reach to any place downtown Kuala Lumpur. I was missing an international charger, thanks to guy helped to get a new one.

Bon emplacement

Hôtel bien placé, à côté du métro. Le quartier indien et Chanatown sont faisables à pied. En revanche, hôtel un peu viellot.
