Hotel room was good, restaurant quality availability and service level is poor. No food after 10pm for people who are late arrivals. Breakfast is mostly ultra processed food rather than freshly made at the hotel bar the egg station. No welcome at the hotel or restaurant and do not order at the pool as they have no idea of the menu.

The food at the pool is non existent, most things on the menu not available and staff do not understand the menu. The property is linked to the One Utama Shopping mall which have heaps of dinning option. Although the property room are a bit aged and old. Showers temperature was hard to be adjusted...either too hot or too cold and water pressure wasn't good. Overall service was good.

Terrible malfunctioning room, extremely NOISY

I am reviewing my current stay. We have been to this property many times for our personal trips and always put in a request for a room away from the lift lobby after a terrible experience with the noise. For this trip I was informed that no room had been aet aside for us unlike the previous times and we only discovered that we we just NEXT to the lift lobby when we went up. The door of the cupboard was unhinged and the toilet bowl seat was off, such that zi almost fell off the toilet bowl. The beds were sinking for the first time since using this property. The next morning it was extremely noisy from 7am onwards due to the traffic at the lift lobby. Room beside us had their TV blaring from 9am onwards. I feel like a zombie and it's only the first of my 4 nights here. If you have other choices, STAY ELSEWHERE.
