I booked a promotion room because I was just looking for a convenient place to stay for one night. Apparently, "promotion" means things aren't not provided: 1. No WiFi 2. C**com mobile coverage for very weak there. I need to go out to get a better coverage 3. No TV channels. They only provide 32" TV display. NO cable/satellite setup box. Not even do have a media player or Free To Air TV channels. You need to bring your own analog antenna or your Digital TV Decoder with HDMI cable for you to watch TV 4. Air conditional control panel at main room cannot be set more than 18 degree. Default at 18 degree celsius. After you change it to your desire degree, it will be back to 18 degree... 5. Shampoo and shower cream provided in a small bottle. It is a very cheap shampoo & cream and smell very bad. They not provide you with a normal aroma of cream but more like an indian kind of aroma. If you not use to it, better not to stay here or bring your own as i did 6. TV remote not function. Battery weak or not replace 7. The building do have a swimming pool but o your own risk. Very poor maintenance 8. Get ready to pay RM4 for the first 1 hour, and RM2 per hour on consequence hours. RM10 per entry after 5pm 9. Get ready RM100 cash for room deposit which they did not mention it any where during your registration 10. I'm waiting from 2pm till 3:30pm for them to get ready my room. They are not very responsive on that matter. Take not, no aircond at lobby Won't stay here again.......

여행을 하면서 이렇게까지 않좋은 숙소는 처음이다 여행하기전 한국에서 의문점이 있어서 호텔에 익스피디아에서 메세지를 보냈더니 묵묵부답... 현지에 동생이 있어서 문자좀 보내달라고 해서 문자를 했더니 묵묵부답... 일요일에 1박을 머무르고 페낭 다녀온 후 수요일에 1박을 머물렀는데 일요일에 1박을 머물다 보니 거실 에어컨이 망가져서 처음에만 찬바람이 나오고 10분뒤부터는 뜨거운 바람이 나왔다. 월요일 아침 체크아웃 할 때 직원에게 말했다. 에어컨 망가졌으니 고치시라고. 나는 수요일에 다시 1박을 한다고.. 그 직원이 알겠다고 했다. (어제 체크인할때랑 체크아웃할때랑 다른 직원이 왔다) 수요일에서 낮에 전화했다 오늘 밤 오후 10시 조금 넘어서 체크인하겠다고. 노프로블럼이라고 하기에...kl 공항에서 출발할때 다시 연락할께 하고 끊었다. Kl공항에서 숙소로 가는 택시를 탄후 전화를 4번만에 받길래.. 10:40분에 도착한다고 너무 피곤하니 바로 체크인할 수 있게 로비에서 10:40분에 만나자고 하니 okokok!. 페낭에 다녀온 후 너무 피곤한 몸으로 10:41분에 로비에 도착하니 아무도 없음.. 전화했더니 지금 가는 중이란다.. 11시.. 기다려도 안옴.. 11시 10분 또 저나했다. 나보고 부킹넘버랑 이름 말해달라고 확인해야 한다고... (뭐라고???!!!!!!!! 지금 30분 기다렸는데 아직도 사무실??????) 너무 황당해서 오는길이라고 하지 않았냐고 10:40분에 만나기로 세번이나 말했지 않냐고.. 들려오는 답변은 내가 언제?? 어쨌던 확인됐으니 지금 온단다.. 옆에 서양부부도 같이 기다리고 있었는데,듀아센트럴 경비 아저씨가 어디 회사냐고 묻길래 oyo라고 했더니 oyo는 보통 1시간 기다리게 한다고 늘 여기 로비에 손님들이 1시간 이상씩 기다린다고 서비스 이스 낫 굳이란다.. 피곤한데 집에도 못 들어가고 너무 화가 나있었는데 직원이 11:20분에 왔다. 근데 또 처음보는 직원.. 내가 10:40분에 약속하지 않았냐고 하니.. 그직원이 자기는 모르는 일이라고.. 자기는 밤 11:00부터 일을 시작한다고 한다.. 가만히 생각해보니... 나랑 통화한 직원이 자기 퇴근시간 가까워 가니 나를 체크인도 안해주고 그냥 퇴근해버린거다. 그 뒤에 11:00부터 일하는 직원이 있으니. 그래서 내가 온 직원에게 너 전달 못 받았냐고 하니.. 자기는 아무 전달 못 받았다고........ 하... 너무 짜증났지만.. 지금 온 직원이 뭔 잘못이겠냐 싶어.. 그러면 에어컨은 고쳤냐.. 물었더니 당연 직원은 모르는 얘기.. 그래서 너무 짜증났지만 그냥 알겠다고 가라고 하고 집에 들어와서 에어컨 키고 씻고 하니 에어컨 당연히 안고쳤다. 시간지나니 다시 뜨거운 바람... 방 에어컨은 되니까 그냥 포기하고 잤다.. 다음날 체크아웃때.. 또 다른 직원이랑 체크아웃했는데, 어제 잘잤냐기에 너네 에어컨이나 고치라고.. 그러면서 이 얘기를 했더니 미안하단 소리 하나 없니 알겠다고 체크하겠다고.. 속으로 됐다됐어 다음에 여기 안머물르면 되지.
