Well kept

I think the appartment i had was pretty good except no customer service..theres no reception in that building so if u have a problem then no one to help. Guest bathroom has no shower door so bathroom got wet all the time. No room service at all so if u staying for over a week u have to wash the towels an clean.. View from the top was good. Pool area was also good.wlking diatance from pavillion mall. Lotsa construction around the area so get use to the noise id the balcony door is open.

I was there a year ago, check in procedure was smooth, great service from the property host. One year later, I came back, totally different procedure. Took 45 mins just to get me a parking lot, no one bother to come down and settle face to face with me. Throughout the whole process, it was just me calling them and pestering about it. Room wise cleanliness standard also drop. Overall very disappointed as compare to previous trip.

This property situated in the center of a busy and the major shopping belt of KL. it is easy to reach all shops and foods by foot while it is also a hassle to reach out to places that requiring a short trip on public transport due to the bad traffic condition. It is an ease to check in and out to the property where no physical communication to the working staff is required. however, it seems the missing of human touch is rather weird too. Overall it is a great place to stay for vacation. Cheers!

The room was not tidied up even though we did a late check in. Bathroom ceiling was leaking. The beds were also not according to our booking. There was smell in the room. Our skin basically felt itchy after straying just 1 night. The only saving grace is that their location is very convenient and walking distance to Pavilion. They compensated us with a small refund eventually.
