Es un fraude, no reserven jamás con este alojamiet
Nunca se pudo localizar a los encargados de permitirnos la entrada al departamento, ni por mail, menos por el teléfono que da hoteles.com .
Nos dejaron al abandono, esperé 5 hrs y nadie se acercó o comunicó; tuve q rentar otras habitaciones , más caras y no de mi agrado , para no quedarme en la calle. Ya solicite el reembolso de esta reserva , recomiendo a hoteles.com , que certifique bien, a quienes son parte de sus proveedores de hospedaje; prisma experiencia
