The staff at reception desk and breakfast were fantastic, helpful, the room spacious and well equipped. Location fantastic. But the room service next to a Desaster. Dust everywhere, room not really cleaned, leaving no spare toilet paper roll - we had to ask reception on two occasions to bring another roll -, only one towel for 2 persons... not impressed.

Had a great stay at Impala KL. Great location, very close to Petronas Twin Towers and surrounding area. Fantastic range of food on offer for the 24hr room service. Breakfast had great options for the price. A couple of cons - customer service could be improved by some of the staff as they were not friendly and standoff-ish especially in the kitchen are for breakfast (this is not the case for all staff as many of them were very helpful and welcoming). Also the room could have been cleaner as there were some dirt marks on come of the bed linen and in the bathroom also (nothing major though).

Impiana KLCC exceeded my expectations with excellent service and a prime location. Check-in was smooth, and the staff, especially Karen, was professional and attentive. She helped fix my reservation mistake and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay memorable. The room has NO hand towel always. the lighting is too DARK in the room, so, can not work inside the room. I requested the receiption to change room type from twin single bed to 1 King size bed room if available. They refused or rejected my request even just checking the room availability. They keep saying they just prepared based on my request room. It’s NOT Highly Recommended this hotel to other guests.
