The place is very close to everything. We enjoy our holiday in Malaysia, specially the food. The hotel is close to the mall, must try the hawker center at the opposite road, also the Jalan Alor.

Great value excellent location .

A group of 6 stayed for 3 nights and could not fault this hotel. It is spotlessly clean, rooms were large as were the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the rooms in very good condition and some with views of the towers. This hotel is on an excellent location for food, shopping and sight seeing with the bonus of helpful friendly staff. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone and is well presented and all fresh. Represents excellent value for money, even their small bar/cafe has the cheapest beers and wine in the area!! This was our second stay and will stay again. Thanks Capitol Hotel.

Excellent staff freindly and efficient

The stay was short 2 nights a stopover from Sydney to London. I was very impressed by the freindly welcoming and professional manner the staff conducted their affairs with all customers, truly went out of their way to assist and support patrons. Right from the word go when i approached the reception staff to the dinning area staff I was always greeted with a freindly smile and effort to assist me and resolve any issue at hand, I would gladly visit Hotel Capital again and recommend to all my friends.

Hotel well positioned to access city sights

Pros: It's location; price;service; room and breakfast (only stayed B&B)
Cons: Not a lot. Could have done with advertising the hotel and sister hotels menus in rooms. We only found out we could eat in sister hotel from Hotel bar.
Location: Easy reach of mono rail station; Shopping malls; main KL eating street and entertainment centre
The hotel was very good value from Wotif. Positioned right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to the Bukit Bintang mono rail station. The room was cleaned every day. We travelled out of the city to the Batu caves an hours journey which cost RM 8.20 (£1.15p about Aus€2 return) public transport was cheap! From the hotel we were able to walk to the Petronas towers. If you're a senior you can get concession it cost us RM42(£6 about Aus€12) so take your passports. Eating out was cheap from KFC chicken, fries and drink RM 6.95(Under £1) to eating a 4 course dinner in revolving restaurant at sister Hotel,The Federal, for RM84 (£12 about Aus€24) that included a glass of wine!

Super convenient

Pros: Convenience and no fuss service.
Cons: Some furnishings starting to show some wear.
Location: Right smack in the centre of activity. Bukit Bintang has become a little like KL's own version of Times Square. All night activity.
Decent hotel, very convenient to shopping, food places and bars. Right in the middle of Bukit Bintang's Golden Triangle and also within walking distance via covered walkway to KLCC Twin Towers. Major construction work for the new underground rail rather frustrating and messy. Small clean hotel with decent decor. Value hotel but was certainly not a 5 star resort. Okay if you are out and about most of the time.
