The room wasn’t clean and ready for checking in.Had to call and wait for cleaning.One chair leg was broken and I’d almost fell down. Paid 200rm for damage deposit in cash and it been over one month since I have filed the claim still waiting for the refund.Mailed it and ask for the answer, no reply!……Hello!
