Excellent as expected. From the front desk to all other services received, it was a pleasant experience. Variety of servings for the buffet breakfast. Within walking distance of attractions and the metro.

5 star experience with great accommodating customer service. Customer centric with great activities for the kids. They do everything they can to make your stay with them comfortable. Location was the best! I booked this for my mom and dad and the location was very convenient for them! Its also an anniversary present for them and i’d like to thank all the staff that prepared the room for them and special thanks to the GSAs who wrote lovely messages on the mirror and card! They loved it so much! It made they’re stay very personalised and thank you for all their hard work that they put on decorating the room. Really did appreciate it . I'm so happy we chose Four Points by Sheraton. It was very convenient to take the MRT or light rail. There were many places to eat within a few steps from the hotel. We will definitely return!

Perfect stay.

Check in excellent. We were able to have room as soon as we arrived. Room perfect. Sockets by vanity mirror. Hooks in bathroom for used towels etc. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever. Pool clean and plenty of towels available. Bar had the best views of the city and Petronas towers. Staff lovely.

From the very moment we arrived, it was clear, the customer service at all venues was amazing. From check-in to the bar staff, all were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic, walking to distance to Central Market and restaurants, a perfect location to explore the city.
