Location was the best! I booked this for my mom and dad and the location was very convenient for them! Its also an anniversary present for them and i’d like to thank all the staff that prepared the room for them and special thanks to the GSAs who wrote lovely messages on the mirror and card! They loved it so much! It made they’re stay very personalised and thank you for all their hard work that they put on decorating the room. Really did appreciate it . Check in excellent. We were able to have room as soon as we arrived. Room perfect. Sockets by vanity mirror. Hooks in bathroom for used towels etc. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever. Pool clean and plenty of towels available. Bar had the best views of the city and Petronas towers. Staff lovely.
