We liked the complimentary upscale coffee, drinks and snacks in the minibar, combs, and other vanity items. Our premium room had a view of both the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. The room is luxurious and refined, the best one we've stayed in. The unique striped color pattern on the exterior of the hotel walls made it easy for us to see and find our way back from walking excursions; very unique and stand out from nearby hotels.

EQ hotel is easily the best and most luxurious hotel we've ever stayed at, and we've been to a number of 5* hotels. We liked the complimentary drinks in the minibar, as well as all the complimentary items and amenities in the room. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, and its unique striped color lighting on the hotel exterior made it easy for us to find our way back from our walking excursions. If we ever visit Kuala Lumpur again, we will for sure stay at the EQ again.

Absolutely a stunning hotel, with beautiful interiors and exceptional service. I was looking forward to jogging to the nearby park, but the surrounding neighborhood felt quite rundown, almost like jogging around a dump, which was disappointing.

Hemos estado 4 noches: ubicación excelente para llegar andando a las Torres Petronas y varias ubicaciones más. En el hotel se cuida el detalle y el gusto en todo. Por ejemlo: uno de los hoteles donde he estado donde las ammenities son excelentes y se eponen todos los dias. El desayuno es muy variado y está muy bueno, tando el dulce como el salado. El personal es genial y todo el mundo está pendiente de ti. La zona piscina es pequeña, pero es normal por el tipo de hotel. Es complicado coger sitio pero hay que adaptarse. De verdad, volveria a este hotel. Gracias por todo.

We enjoyed our stay at EQ. View of the tower was great, room was spacious and clean. Traffic around the area was not congested which is a plus point
