It took 40 minutes to just check in. It was terrible experience for me, and super exhausting after 4-5 train trip from Penang. There were no hand towels, no soaps, no shampoo, and the agent of this room recommended for us the different room which I booked. Is that normal??? Is that a genuine service?? If you cal this your genuine service, I will definitely not use Expedia for booking hotels. This is cheating. Terrible experience. That's it.

horrible~

the experience is not really good. first day when we checked in, the bathtub however was leaking. request for a room change however told that the apartment was fully booked. when asked for extra towel due to leakage, did not bring any towel instead giving 101 excuses. they have iron but no iron board. its seriously ridiculous!. stayed there for 4 nights, asking them to change room for the first 2 days giving same exuse, at last was FORCED to change room on the 4th night. when ask the reason why, was told that it is a maintenance room. why in the first place you give a damaged room to a guest? the furniture there is not well furnished. its like seating on a chair that can break any time soon. trust me. tv has no signal, so you cant even watch any channel.

Hotel view very nice

This is the first time i had a very bad experience. I had book the hotel 10 days in advance but very dissapointing that no room allocate for me on my first night/day there. We have to be transfer to another hotel. Our journey took us almost 12 hours to reach our destination and when we reach the hotel no room. We are so tired. We had to meet the new agent who are not aware of our arrival. Very funny. I'm very very dissapointed.

Worst Time Square management group I ve ever stay.

1. All TV not working. 2. Floors are dirty. 3. Master bedroom Toilet bowl cover crack and it is dangerous to sit on it. 4. Master bedroom aircon water leak into the toilet and onto the switch which might cause electrocution to human.

The contact phone number was wrong. I spent lots of time looking for the contact staff. The guide on the ground help me. It is actually not the hotel. It is a kind of rental suit room.
