The price is cheap, however, from the internet photos, the pictures looks really clean and the building around it looks clean, BUT, when you actually arrive, the area is getto and worn down, and everything is old, looks like from the 1960's hotel, 50 years old. Carpet dirty, used, old, elevator old, rooms old worn out, It looks like it was from the 1960's hotel. The staff is helpful, but everything is old.

I stayed in a refurbished room. Was very good . Rooms is small but its great for 2 and rooms are clean. Staffs are very good they are very friendly. Mr Yogen was a nice person, gave lots of information about kl and food stuffs and travel advice informed us that hotel is on-going some refurbishment. Very recommended for their outstanding hospitality.

Seems to be very small old property but well kept and well maintained. Friendly staffs and great place. Not much to complaint as its value for what you pay. I saw some light refurbishment going on i hope they will make the hotel better.

The photos were different from the actual room, in description it said city view plus the window was also different from the photo. You get what you pay for.

The non smoking room is unfortunately on the smoking floor area, you could smell it as soon as you open the door. The connecting door was not doubled, we could hear everything from our neighbors. The walls and ceiling have stains and need painting so bad. The staff was nice. Breakfast was terrible. The carpet was old and dirty. The towel and tissue holders were rusty.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was more than decent for the price. We were accidentally placed in two twin rooms on a lower floor, and they didn’t look very nice. After the correction, we were given our double rooms on the top floor and they were much much nicer. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel as the staff were helpful (though a little slow at check-in), the area was not too far from most centrally locates attractions, and the rooms were nice.

Quite disappointing and overpriced for what we got

We felt that the description and picture of the hotel did not match the actual conditions. The room felt very tired and outdated. Our shower head was very loose and would fall over whilst in use. Our window would not close - and after telling the reception who tried to fix it, there was still a gap. This was an issue as the hotel is right next to a main road and some bugs bit us during the night. Although not of huge detriment to our stay, the walls had markings and the carpets were a bit dirty. The security guards at the front were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city. Overall, just a bit let down by the description of the hotel.

飛行機の到着時刻が早朝で、連絡もしないで朝6時に伺いましたが部屋が空いていた為チェックインさせてくれました。ドライヤーは貸出で、部屋まで持ってきてくれました。アメニティは小さい石鹸とすごい色をしたシャンプーで、ほぼないと思ったほうがいいです。エアコンの風向きは調節できません。リモコンがないためわざわざ立ちあがって壁に備え付けられているスイッチの所まで行かなくてはなりません。音も結構大きく、耳栓をしても聞こえます。 バスルームを開けた瞬間小さいヤモリがいました。窓が小さく空いていたのでそこから入ってきたんだと思います。2泊しましたが、見たのはその一回だけです。 シーツは清潔でした。毎日変えてくれるようです。 デポジットはチェックイン時に100RM(一泊50)、税金20RM(一泊10)取られました。チェックアウト時、朝食もサービスも利用しませんでしたがデポジットは50RMしか返ってきませんでした。なんの説明もなく、はいって感じで渡され、めんどくさかったので説明を求めませんでしたが、アーリーチェックインの分かなって思ってます。でも、チェックインの時に全部でいくらですかって聞いたとき、アーリーチェックインの料金の話は出てこなかったんですが。 立地はいいと思います。雨が降っても駅までほぼ濡れずに行けますし、コンビニもすぐ、チャイナタウンが徒歩10分ぐらいの所にありました。 1人旅で、ゲストハウスなどが苦手な方で寝るだけでいいなら全然いいと思います。

フロントスタッフはとても親切です。 最寄りの電車の駅から徒歩1分、中華街やセントラルマーケットも徒歩圏内で便利です。 部屋の中は公式HPのイメージ写真よりやや老朽化している印象。 KFC、コンビニも1分圏内にあります。 アメニティ ドライヤーなし(フロントで借りる事は可能) 歯ブラシあり 冷蔵庫あり バスタオル人数分 と必要最低限です。 エアコンはありますが、あまり強くありません。

Friendly staff, nice T.V, nice location nears the LRT and short distance walk to Chinatown and night food market; however, the room was outdated, the picture looks better than the actually room, lack of cleanliness as there was dust on the counter by the fridge, the bed was double not Queen size, shower and sink pressures were not good, toilet paper was thin, hand soap provided was small, air condition was not powerful and the lift was small.
