Surprisingly pleasant

It was my first time in KL and I wanted to stay close to Midvalley Megamall, this couldn't have been a better choice! The hospitality is great and the people at the check-in counter were extremely accommodating. Breakfast had several choices and was very good for the price, I was really confused to see a lot of negative reviews on breakfast. All in all I would definitely consider staying here again!

very comfortable stay and very convenient location. staff were excellent and very accommodating. one thing I would mention is that I felt the air-conditioned in the room could have been colder and the towels provided bigger. We stayed 6 nights and was very happy. would happily stay here again and would recommend to others.

The hotel is ok, however, the house keeping department, as from my opinion, needs to improve their efficiency! This time, I went to Kuala Lumpur for the medical reason, but the rooms left not cleaning up till the afternoons. In which , I wasn’t able to take a rest. Need to call the housekeeper to make up the rooms! This kind of late cleaning up the room, I have never encountered such situation in any other 5-star hotels I have ever stayed in !
