The hotel is nice and new but toilet didn’t work. The staff had no clue of breakfast hours. There was a blackout around 3am and no emergency generator. I stayed for 3 nights (supposed to stay 5) but this was not what I planned for . The new girl at the front desk was very sweet. I notified them about the toilet issue and it was ignored. I asked them a question about the property 2 weeks before my arrival and they answered me the night before my arrival . My cancellation window had passed so I couldn’t cancel .
