We had an excellent stay!

Excellent Family Stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very nice and well-kept, and the staff were really, really friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We felt comfortable and well taken care of as a family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

I would avoid at all costs. My father passed away a few days before my trip and they refused to give us a refund. They are so money hungry they would rather benefit from an individual who has lost their father. There are plenty of hotels around Albania who are decent kind and have a soul. You never what could happen so don’t go for this soulless and heartless hotel. It might be a decent hotel but they have no morals and I am sure if something happen during your stay will remain the same money hungry heartless selves. Why go to a hotel who has no decency and respect for the deceased.

Great hotel

Hotel was fabulous very clean and modern great location walking distance to beaches shops restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good and staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them especially Adi in reception

Location wise this is perfect to explore Ksamil (situated very centrally). Rooms were clean but relatively basic. The staff were quite blunt which comes off as unfriendly but could just be a cultural thing. There was one guy who did coffee orders every morning and worked incredibly hard (from 7am-12am) every day who was really friendly and nice to interact with.

Great location in Ksamil

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location - only issue was you couldn’t really stay at the pool during the day as there were no sun beds meaning you have to pay to go to the beach and have a lounger every day!

Lovley hotel, very modern and great spot in Ksamil. Staff are friendly and helpful, they work very hard. The room was so lovely, we really really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a little bit basic but definitely did the job. Evening/lunch food is incredible, best we had in Kasmil. The only reason I gave a four for the amenities was just because of the pool, it's not really utilised - no sunbeds etc and is very much part of the dining area which is shame, but you can see that from the pictures before you come. It is a great location and couldn't have asked better for how close it is to the beach clubs. Plus you get a great view of the sunset!

Lovely hotel

Great 3 day stay at Hotel Colosseum, friendly staff throughout out stay and the hotel was super clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring Ksamil couple of minutes walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants near by

Amazing hotel - location - clean - happy staff

Excellent clean new hotel. Very polite staff and helpful always. In the perfect location from all the beach clubs and food area. Just few mins from everywhere you need to be. Too hotel and staff. So much so have booked again.
