Tolles Haus, leider nicht so sauber wie gehofft, Haare vom Vormieter und sehr viele Spinnenweben.Es fehlte der Gefrierschrank, der laut Hausbeschreibung vorhanden sein sollte und Fliegengitter gab es nur an einzelnen Fenstern.Ein Haus mit sehr viel Potential, welches vielleicht noch etwas liebe für die Kleinigkeiten gebrauchen kann.

Das Haus war sehr schön und gut gelegen. Wir hatten Kontakt zum Vermieter, der äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Bei Ankunft war das Haus in weihnachtlichem Ambiente geschmückt, es standen eine Flasche Glühwein und Plätzchen bereit. Alles in Allem toll und empfehlenswert.

Schönes Ferienhaus am Rande von Greetsiel

Das Ferienhaus wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Allerdings hätte es hier und da sauberer sein können. Das Grundstück ist anders als beschrieben, nicht vollständig eingezäunt. Das "Zentrum" von Greetsiel war fußläufig in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Haus mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Kommunikation und Betreuung durch den Vermieter und den Objektbetreuer waren fantastisch. Beide sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zusammengestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vorgarten mit vom Wohn-/Esszimmer zugänglicher Terrasse, schöner Hauseingang…großer Flur mit breiter Holztreppe zur 1. Etage, helle Holzdecke im gesamten Erdgeschoss sorgt für eine wohnliche Atmosphäre. Das Haus bietet für junge Familien oder ältere Paare viel Komfort.

Ferienhaus mit Luft nach oben

Das Haus liegt am Rand von Greetsiel, die Ortsmitte ist aber schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben das Haus sonntags bezogen. Bei Einzug stellten wir fest, dass das Haus über keine Rolläden verfügt. Die Fenster inclusive Rahmen waren länger nicht gereinigt worden. Die Gardinen in Esszimmer und Küchenbereich waren in die Gardinenstange verdreht. Beim Versuch, die Gardinen richtig zu ziehen, stellten wir fest, dass die Gardinenstangen nicht richtig befestigt bzw. ausgerissen waren. Die Tür zum Bad oben ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen, die Tür musste zuerst noch abgeschliffen werden. Leuchtmittel waren ebenfalls kaputt, ausgetauscht wurden sie nicht. Wir sind mit Kindern angereist. Im Flur befand sich eine offene Schalterdose. Der Ort Greetsiel lädt zum Urlaub ein, ist aber geprägt durch den Tourismus. Viele Häuser im Umfeld unseres Ferienhauses waren nicht bewohnt.

Erholung pur

Für uns war der Urlaub in Greetsiel die Erholung pur. Das Haus hatte für uns alles, was wir benötigten. Selbst mein 18jähriger Kater war völlig entspannt und erholt. Eltern mit kleinen Kindern und Leute mit Haustier sollten allerdings wissen, dass an der rechten Seite des Grundstücks eine wenig befahrene Straße verläuft und es keinen Zaun und kein Tor gibt.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Lage und super Ausstattung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank an die Kontaktperson, die das Haus so toll hergerichtet hat. Es gab sogar frische Blumen bei der Ankunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, gemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Einziger "Hasenfuß": Der Garten wird offenbar zur Zeit neu angelegt. Daher war der Garten nicht eingezäunt, wie in der Objektbeschreibung beschrieben. Für uns war das kein Problem, unsere beiden Vierpfotler haben artig auf der Terrasse gechilled - danke, dass wir sie mitbringen durften!

Ein toller Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schon vor der Anreise fühlten wir uns aufgrund der Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und der Agentur sehr wohl. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es sind allerdings wenig Verdunklungsrollos vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem, aber nicht zu weich. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell im Ort und auch schnell am Deich. Ganz klasse war, dass wir das Haus auch für nur 3 Nächte buchen konnten! Ein rundum toller Urlaub in dem zauberhaften Greetsiel! Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!!!

Tolle Wohnung in richtig citynaher Lage

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende. Das Haus war sehr sauber und richtig ruhige Lage. Ich fand sogar, es war in natura besser, wie auf den Bildern. Kurzaufenthalt mit Freunden

Sehr passend für 6 Erwachsene. Durch die zwei Badezimmer gut zu nutzen. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben lediglich Spiegel und teilweise Kleiderschränke in den Schlafzimmern vermisst.
