This lovely holiday home with pool in the small village of Blakovii offers beautiful views of the countryside and the Uka Mountains. It is an ideal base for a family holiday or a holiday with friends. Here you can enjoy nature and the fresh air, and on hot summer days you can cool off in the outdoor pool. In the evenings, you can relax on the terrace with a barbecue. There is a stonemason's workshop near the house. Brestovo is a 20-minute drive away, from where you can take a boat trip to the Kvarner islands. The most beautiful beaches in the area can be found in Rabac, 15 kilometres away. You can also visit the old town of Labin, where numerous summer events are organised.

Schönes Fleckchen Erde, toller Vermieter

Positiv: - wunderschönes, riesiges Grundstück - großer Pool (der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde) - traumhafte Umgebung - sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikation und Flexibilität des Eigentümers (!!!) - gute Matratzen in den Betten (jeder von uns konnte sehr gut schlafen) - Ausstattung (bis auf die Gläser) der Küche (ausreichend, wenn auch sehr einfach) Verbesserungsbedürftig: - Ausstattung der Zimmer (sehr einfach-werden den Fotos in der Anzeige leider nicht gerecht) - zu wenig Handtücher - Insektenschutz an den Fenstern fehlt oder ist unbrauchbar - Volleyball-Feld (nicht nutzbar aufgrund des Bodens) - Spielgeräte (z.B. Billardtisch kaputt) - Trinkgläser (viel zu klein und keine Auswahl) - Beleuchtung auf der Terrasse (es wurde uns aber auf Anfrage eine Lampe zur Verfügung gestellt) - Auflagen für Pool-Liegen (es waren nur Stuhl-Auflagen vorhanden) Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub, die kleinen Unwegsamkeiten konnten daran nichts ändern. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zugewandt und auch immer greifbar gewesen! Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter und dem Eigentümer, ein paar kleine Verbesserungen vorzunehmen.
