A modern, newly renovated villa with a pool is located in Linardići, a small town near the town of Krk. This accommodation is ideal for families with children because it can accommodate up to 10 people, and in the outer part of the villa, there are facilities for children to make their vacation a quality one. The house has an outdoor dining area and barbecue for socializing. The house is surrounded by greenery that can be enjoyed by pets that are allowed for a fee. The interior of the villa consists of a ground floor where is one bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a living room with equipped kitchen and dining area which are connected to a large terrace ideal for evening socializing. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. All guests have access to a closed parking lot so they can relax and enjoy the charmsof this beautiful villa.
