Fantastic beach location in the middle of a nature reserve. 70 meters from the white sandy beach is this exclusive little cottage with three bedrooms, living room with well equipped kitchen, two toilets, shower, porch, laundry room, storage room. You can walk directly onto the secluded terraces.
You have a private road to the cottage with a boom. You go straight to nature (see pictures) Biking and hiking trails pass a few hundred meters from the cottage. You can borrow bicycles for free. Internet Wi-Fi is included and also my website with attractions, excursions, scenic places, entertainment, restaurants, and much more.
You have 7 km to Degeberga golf course and several others in the immediate area. Bathing you can do in the sea at the cottage or temporarily bath a few km away where you can also swim in the winter

Erholsame Tage in strandnaher Ferienwohnung
Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war geprägt von Ruhe, Natur und einer beeindruckenden Nähe zum Meer. Das Haus bot uns, als Paar, ausreichend Platz und eine grundsolide Ausstattung (allerdings müssen eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht werden). Ein besonderes Highlight war die Terrasse auf der Rückseite des Hauses, von der aus man das Rauschen des nur eine Minute entfernten Sandstrandes hören konnte. Die Momente der Entspannung dort waren für uns unbezahlbar und haben uns die nötige Erholung geboten. Die Lage des Ferienhauses im Naturschutzgebiet ermöglichte uns, neben den erholsamen Stunden am (fast menschenleeren!) Strand, auch abwechslungsreiche Spaziergänge durch den angrenzenden Wald. Zusätzlich bot die Umgebung interessante Ausflugsziele, wie einen beeindruckenden Wasserfall und die nahegelegene Stadt Kristianstad, die wir aufgrund unseres leider zu kurzen Aufenthalts nicht vollständig erkunden konnten. Zusammenfassend war der Kurzurlaub hier eine bereichernde Erfahrung, die wir gerne bei einem zukünftigen längeren Aufenthalt vertiefen wollen. Wer auf der Suche nach einer naturnahen Erholung mit dem gewissen Etwas ist, wird hier sicherlich fündig.

Strandhaus.
Wir verbrachten 1 Woche im August in diesem kleinen Strandhaus. Leider war das Wetter sehr durchwachsen, aber wir haben das beste draus gemacht. Die Lage das Hauses ist wundervoll, gleich hinter der Düne. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man sieht nur selten jemanden.Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend, gute Küchenausstattung. Die Betten sind ebenfalls sehr gut, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Allerdings muss man erwähnen, das das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, die beiden SZ mit Einzelbetten sind sehr klein und das Sofa durch gesessen ist. Dieses müsste dringend erneuert werden. Und es gibt in diesem FH leider kein Deutsches Fernsehen. Für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und man kann sich durch die unfassbare Ruhe gut erholen.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus direkt hinter den Dünen. Sitzt man auf der Terrasse kann man das Wellenrauschen hören. Perfekt zum entspannen.

Eine wunderschöne Woche
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Schweden verbracht. Allerdings war unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Ferienhaus doppelt vergeben,wir haben dann im Ferienhaus von unserem Vermieter gewohnt.So hatten wir mehr Comfort als erwartet ...Wintergarten, Kamin,Sonnenterrasse, Balkon usw... Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist einmalig, ein paaar Schritte und schon ist man am Strand. Schweden ist ein wunderschönes Land mit sehr netten hilfsbereiten Menschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Ruhiges Häuschen
Wie von Vorbewertern bereits erwähnt, hat das Haus keinen Alleinstand, sondern der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan. Wissenswert falls das jemanden stört, für uns war es okay so. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Älter aber sehr gemütlich. Natürlich kein 5 Sterne Komfort, vor allem im Bad, das muss einem klar sein. Dafür gibt es 2 Toiletten, was praktisch ist. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, ebenso ein Tiefkühler aber kein Geschirrspüler. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man geht tatsächlich nur einige Schritte und ist am Strand, wir waren dort im Herbst, da trifft man nur einige Spaziergänger mit Hund. An der anderen Seite ein großer Wald zum Erkunden mit Blaubeeren. Umgebung also sehr schön, definitiv auch ruhig.
