Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

unacceptable

absolutely unacceptable, from check in... which turned out to be at another property where key had to be collected. the unit was dirty, grass on floor, cigarette buds, dirty bathroom. the unit had no bedsheets, no towels, no soaps. hotels.com was unable to assist as their system was down. had to spend $700 on another hotel late Sunday evening.
