Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Styr unna!

Vi bestilte, betalte og fikk bekreftelse på at reservasjonen var i orden. Da vi møtte opp var det bare et tlfnr på døren vi måtte ringe, mår vi ringte sa han at han var bortreist og hadde null kontroll på at vi skulle komme. Han sa at de kunne gi oss gratis avbestilling, dette hjalp oss fint lite der vi stod med våre 2 små barn uten bosted. Det endte med at vi nått punge ut for et hotellrom et annet sted, og vi har fremdeles ikke fått refundert pengene fra solferie holiday apartment.
