The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good. We did not drive, but they have parking space. The location is within walking distance to train station and to the Wachau Valley ship dock.

Nice hotel

The hotel is very well located for accessing the city center. There is a beautiful park nearby. Motorcycle parking is available in the hotel garden, which is closed overnight. The staff were very friendly and offered a full breakfast with eggs upon request.

The hotel has charm and is located quite near the historic old town center and within walking distance to the museums; the staff is friendly and helpful; the breakfast buffet is very nice with a wide selection of foods, very authentic Austrian ambiance to the breakfast and the hotel. The short comings are that there is no kettle or fridge with no food services at the hotel except for the breakfast buffet. The nearby restaurants are expensive though there are a few supermarkets within walking distance.

An exceptionally nice hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. An attractive back terrace was a very pleasant spot for a carry in meal. The breakfast buffet offered unusual variety, very fresh and well prepared and presented. Many healthy choices including freshly prepared vegetable juices.

Loved our stay very comfortable property with a lovely included breakfast. We had a room on the first floor and we used the lift, however there are some rooms that seem to be in between first and second floors and stairs were the only way to get there. Just mentioning this in case you were unable to carry your luggage up the stairs. Would definitely stay again

Such an awesome breakfast. Unlike anything I’ve ever encountered in the US or Canada. Super great staff, and such nice breakfast presentation and quality food. Room was great. Could have used AC and a coffee service in the room, but the breakfast made up for that.

This hotel is very clean and aesthetically appealing. This was one of the few hotels in Austria in which breakfast was included. The breakfast was delicious and served beautifully. The room was bright and clean, but did not have the typical in-room amenities such as AC, mini fridge, or tea kettle. For those traveling light, it is important to note that there are no laundromats in the area and the Expedia description indicating laundry services at the hotel is incorrect.

The hotel is charming. It's an older building and very well maintained. Nice decor makes it welcoming and puts one at ease. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, marmalade and breads. Eggs were cooked to order.

Everything excellent including delicious breakfast buffet, plus a few vegan options at breakfast which was a nice surprise after other stays nearby! Clean and comfortable room Brilliant location for exploring the town Would recommend a visit to Winzer Krems winery and Durnstein town a quick bus ride away Curtains unfortunately not very good at blocking out light!

This is a family run hotel, and the communication with the staff (reception, restaurant) was excellent. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Nice base to stay for exploring the town of Krems!
