The staff could definitely benefit from a charm course! There was no room cleaning despite staying for more than two days. The shops have a limited selection, especially if you're staying with younger children. It's also quite pricey, and it feels like they're trained to make sure every single penny is paid when buying food or other items (they even opened our candy bag to check that we hadn't added anything else 😅). Otherwise, it's a nice place to visit with children, with plenty of activities and lots to explore.

Our stay was severely impacted by the following issues: Filthy and sandy floors upon arrival. The hotel bar closing significantly earlier than advertised. Heavy cigarette smoke entering our non-smoking room throughout the night, causing a severe disturbance and lack of sleep and risk of severe astma attacks. We reported these issues during the night and again to the lead receptionist this morning. As the room was completely unfit for stay and no proper solution was provided, we have handed back the keys and left the premises.

It took us more than two hours to check-in. Basically the whole time that we had planned to go swimming, we stood in a heated check-in line. By the time we made it to the pool all the slides were closed. At the pool they also told us our wristbands weren’t activated so we had to go back to the info to do that. By the time we had swam there wasn’t any place open to get anything decent to eat (we found a snack bar). Even there the lines were awfully long. At the reception they also told us wrong place to go to have breakfast so in the morning we walked all the way there to be told we were supposed to go to another restaurant. Swimming part we did like. .

Check how many cups you get charged for on your wristwallet. Some try to scam you! Happened to us twice! You get a refund for the cups you get drinks in. Very unfriendly person at the information. We had been told at check-in that we could get a prolonged check-out and to get it at the information desk and then she just said that it's not possible. When we asked why the will river was closed, she said it was being renovated, but the next day it was open again, which she said nothing about. Also the big slides sign said closes at 19:45, but closed at 17:45. However, we met very nice staff from India who were very helpful. A really nice guy at the Sawadee restaurant, a nice guy and girl at the basketball competition stand and one guy who cleaned the rooms. Advice for improvement: have training sessions for the staff. When we asked 2 guys if there were lockers they said no. Then we found both small and big ones. Otherwise very nice and fresh room at the Ohana part.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are completely unhelpful. They didn't answer our questions upon check-in and were surly and rude. The management is indifferent and unhelpful towards hotel guests. There is no room cleaning, hygiene is zero. They didn't answer our questions about our young child. I definitely do not recommend it!!!!!!!! The children's play areas are dirty, most are broken or close early.

We booked a room inside the dome expecting convenience, but the location was surprisingly far from the pools. The room itself was disappointing as we found sand on the bed, dust throughout, and several maintenance issues. The sink wasn’t draining properly, which made showering difficult since we had to keep turning the water off and on to prevent the shower box from flooding. The Wi‑Fi also didn’t work inside the room despite showing full signal. We requested a room change, but the alternative offered was even farther away and in worse condition. The pools, however, were excellent, well maintained and easily the best part of the stay. It’s unfortunate that the room experience didn’t match the quality of the pool area.
